Siegel Psychology Services

With over three decades of experience as a board-certified clinical psychologist, my dedication lies in improving my clients’ lives through a range of psychological treatments, all grounded in scientific research and delivered with a supportive, caring and person-centered relationship.

My practice is rooted in the core conviction that my clients are more than just their symptoms or diagnoses. I work closely with them to gain a deep understanding of their unique struggles and tailor a treatment plan based on proven methods to address their specific needs. My goal is to bring my years of knowledge and expertise to every individual I assist.

I have extensive experience working with adults from a diverse range of ethnic, racial, gender, sexual, and religious backgrounds. In addition to my direct work with these diverse groups, I have developed specific skills to address the unique challenges faced by those in healthcare professions.

Teletherapy and crossing state lines:

If you reside outside Minnesota, where I am licensed to practice psychology and would like to make an appointment, I have been granted Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT #18825) by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards. This means that if you reside in a state that has joined PSYPACT, you may contact me to request services. Even if your state has not joined PSYPACT, please contact me directly, since some states still permit me to provide services across state lines.

Process:

  • If my approach and years of experience seem like the right fit, I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

  • The next step would be a thorough 75-minute assessment designed to fully understand your personal experiences, the obstacles you're facing, and your objectives for therapy. This in-depth evaluation is crucial in developing a tailored evidence-based approach that aligns with your unique needs and therapy goals.

  • I offer weekday evening and daytime weekend teletherapy appointments.
